- Yes, life is as strange as
folk songs. We don't know if
they were meant to be in major or minor key... Some of the melodies are exquisitely beautiful. At any rate I have written down chord progression that are outrageous. However,
in my defense I must say that they did not originate at the
piano, but in my mind.

BIOGRAPHIES  

BALTIC NEOPOLIS VIRTUOSI is a new international ensemble whose aim is to connect the incredible talent of the Baltic Sea region. Its members are all internationally recognised musicians who share a passion for chamber music and enjoy sharing it through various successful concert tours.

Although the base of the ensemble is in Poland, BNV is currently touring in Germany, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania and Estonia. The ensemble debuted at the II International Baltic Neopolis Festival 2016, in Poland.

BNV main mission is to promote both Polish and Baltic Sea region music and standard chamber music for larger ensembles from quintets to octets delivering high quality concerts.

The ensemble has recently been awarded a grant from the Polish ministry for its concert tours in 2017.


The ensemble consists of members of Baltic Neopolis Orchestra and international soloists such as:

Radosław Pujanek – Polish violinist, First concertmaster of Wroclaw Philharmonic orchestra;

Emanuel Salvador – Portuguese violinist, the Baltic Neopolis Orchestra concertmaster;

Emilia Goch Salvador – Polish violist, the founder and director of Baltic Neopolis Orchestra;

Andriy Viytovych –Ukrainian violist, the first violist of Covent Garden Opera Orchestra, London;

Adam Klocek – Polish conductor and cellist, the winner of a Grammy Award 2014

Andreas Lend – one of the most successful Estonian cellists.
